Access and escalation
Concerns are severity-classified, access-limited, escalated to authorized humans and recorded with protected evidence.
No AI authority
AI can assist routing/explanation but cannot be the safeguarding decision authority.
Data minimization
Safeguarding records are restricted and should not be copied into ordinary analytics, public evidence or generic AI memory.
Institution/guardian coordination
Where the context requires it, Certifiedge coordinates with authorized guardians/institutions and preserves applicable reporting/legal duties.
