Assign a current published pathway to a whole group or one learner and keep the teaching intent explicit: learn, strengthen, apply or prepare. This gives planning context without pretending an assignment is proof of completion.
Create short-lived groups for targeted support, focused practice, extension, peer collaboration or a project. Teachers choose the group and reason; the system does not permanently label learners or infer sensitive characteristics.
