A realistic example, not a credential
Follow one piece of work from practice through revision.
A professional handover
A learner drafts a fictional shift handover, including the situation, who needs to act next and why. A reviewer applies published criteria, notes a missing escalation step, and invites a revision. The two versions and feedback could form practice evidence; they do not, by themselves, prove mastery or create a verified credential.
An age-appropriate learning example
A child measures an object, records what they found and explains the reasoning to their teacher. Supportive feedback helps the child improve. That learning belongs in the protected child context; it is not an adult employer record or a public Proof Passport.
