Tenant authority
Organization administrators are responsible for lawful invitations, role assignment and internal authorization. Certifiedge enforces technical boundaries but does not create internal employment authority.
Workforce analytics
Analytics are intended for development and intervention. “Not evidenced” is not a judgment that a person lacks capability. Opaque universal talent ranking is outside the product authority.
Data roles
Organization-directed workforce records are governed by the DPA and contractual role allocation; Certifiedge separately controls its own security/support/billing data.
Exports and sharing
Organization exports require appropriate capability and tenant scope. The organization is responsible for downstream use and further disclosure it initiates.
Offboarding
Contract exit requires an explicit export/retention/deletion plan and does not authorize uncontrolled destruction of records subject to integrity/legal duties.
