Canonical evidence object
Evidence records connect actor, task, context, artifact, criteria, attempt, AI use, reviewer, decision, feedback, revision, timestamp, version, provenance and sharing.
Integrity
Submitted artifacts must not be silently replaced after review. Changes/revisions create traceable states.
AI use
Material AI assistance must be recorded where the task/rubric requires it. AI use is neither automatically misconduct nor automatically acceptable.
Security
Uploads are type/size checked and may be scanned/quarantined. Provenance and hashes support tamper detection.
Disputes
A challenged evidence record is preserved and reviewed through the appropriate integrity/assessment process rather than deleted to remove the disagreement.
