A failed action is not silently retried as if the user approved another execution.
Scope
Built-in actions are narrowly constrained; for example email is limited to the verified account address unless a separately governed feature exists.
Children
Child self-service cannot execute connected actions reserved for adults/authorized staff.
Receipts
Narrow action receipts are retained for accountability under a separate security/operations schedule.
