AI Transparency Policy

How users are told when AI contributes to content, review or actions

Certifiedge Internally Approved — Deployment Activation PendingPublic activation is intentionally blocked until verified operator/provider details are configured.

Identity

AI-generated or AI-assisted feedback should be identifiable where that fact is material to how the user interprets the result.

Authority

Interfaces must distinguish AI assistance from human review and from system-of-record decisions.

Sources and uncertainty

Where sources materially support an answer, the system should expose appropriate source context. Uncertainty/limitations must not be hidden behind fluent language.

Model/provider changes

Material provider/model changes are governed and do not silently expand AI authority.

Known finding

Review Progression completed AI feedback requires clearer provenance; this remains a tracked governance item until remediated.
