Data Rights Procedure

Operational procedure for privacy rights requests

Certifiedge Internally Approved — Deployment Activation PendingPublic activation is intentionally blocked until verified operator/provider details are configured.

Request

Requests can cover access, correction, objection, restriction, erasure, consent withdrawal, portability or automated-decision review depending on the context.

Identity/authority verification

Certifiedge verifies identity and, for child/institution requests, the authority of the requester before releasing or changing protected records.

Record classification

Optional data may be erased readily; evidence-integrity, safeguarding, finance, legal or audit records can require retention/restriction instead of deletion.

Response record

The request, verification, decision, rationale, completion date and retained-record basis are logged with access controls.

Regulatory complaint

A person may complain to the ODPC where applicable if dissatisfied with the handling of personal data.

Questions or requests

Use the Certifiedge contact, complaints or data-rights route appropriate to the issue. Internal policies do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
